Paul explained to us what his job was, the types of animals he looked after and allowed us to skype his boss.
He set us a challenge to create an animal for the night zoo, with a red nose day/comic relief theme!
We learnt about the many animals that live in the night zoo - including the monkeys that play tennis with each other and florence the flamingo that is kind to every animal she meets.
Paul and the other night zookeepers have teleporting torches, and many of the animals within the night zoo include alliteration.
The morning included animal stretches, skyping, completing some of the night zoo keeper challenges (using night zoo keeper app), planning our own animal to be included in the zoo, creating our own animal and finally uploading it to www.nightzookeeper.com using our own individual username and password.
At the end of the day we were able to view our complete zoo, full of our animals, that have been allowed in!
